It's a legal requirement that the Principal (or customer) named in the documents must have the capacity to understand and agree to the Power of Attorney (POA) document before signing it.
Safewill cannot provide legal advice or assessments on the capacity of an individual.
You cannot make a POA on someone’s behalf where they do not have capacity, or if they do not understand the implications of making a POA.
