The amount of attorneys or guardians you can appoint varies from state to state and also comes down to personal preference.

As you go through the Power of Attorney process you will see the maximum limits that are applicable for your state in each section - you can select whatever is suitable for your personal circumstances within these maximum limits.

You may be able to appoint more attorneys or guardians in different states if you use a different service, however, we find that most customers are happy with the number of people you can appoint within our platform.
