Should I list my adult children?

When you list your children on your Will it is for the purpose of appointing them a guardian when you pass away. While it is essential to include any minor children, there is no need to list your adult children.

Some customers feel it's important for their children to be formally acknowledged in the document, and so they choose to include their adult children under the 'Family' module.
