How do I ensure my estate does not pass to my next of kin?

Our platform allows you to appoint beneficiaries and backup beneficiaries so you can choose who you want to receive your assets when you pass away. 

The Safewill platform does not allow you to nominate another layer of backup beneficiaries for your backup beneficiaries. 

If you would like to provide more specific instructions about third-level beneficiaries, we recommend seeking legal advice as this instruction is more complex than the Safewill platform allows.

We also offer unlimited updates with our Wills (for the first 12 months, or otherwise with our Subscription) to make it easy for people to update their preferences if a beneficiary predeceases them.
