How do second & third layer beneficaries work with Safewill?

Our platform allows you to appoint beneficiaries and backup beneficiaries.

Specifying a third layer of beneficiaries would require bespoke legal drafting by solicitors.

However, our Wills do include a clause that if anything were to happen to both your beneficiaries and backup beneficiaries, then your estate will be passed down to the children of your backup beneficiaries' (if they have any) or your next of kin.

We also offer one year of free unlimited updates when you purchase a Will, or ongoing unlimited updates with our subscription package for only $15/year. This makes it easier to update your preferences if a beneficiary predeceases you.
