A Financial Power of Attorney is a document that allows your chosen attorney/s to make financial and legal decisions on your behalf whilst an Enduring Guardianship allows an appointed individual to make health, welfare, and lifestyle choices on your behalf. An Enduring Guardianship is also known as a Medical Power of Attorney.
